Local 005 presents $500 Bursary to
Lakeland College's First Year Environmental Monitoring and Protection Student!
Mike Dempsey (Local 005 P.E) had the distinct privilege of presenting our annual bursary to Rayleigh Conley of
Camrose, AB on March 14, 2012. Rayleigh is in the 2 year Environmental Monitoring and Protection diploma program at the Lakeland
College in Vermillion, Alberta. She is just finishing the first year and was very grateful for the award. This is an annual event.
This sum provides for a sustained bursary (scholarship) to a deserving student in their natural resources program each and
every year to the sum of $500.
